Statement of Expectations and Statement of Intent

On 3 May 2007, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, issued a Statement of Expectations to Mr J I Gersh AM, Chairman of ARPC and requested a Statement of Intent in response.

The Statement of Intent was issued by the Chairman on 24 July 2007.

Statement of Expectations

As part of the government's response to the Review of the Corporate Governance of Statutory Authorities and Office Holders, authored by Mr John Uhrig, the Parlamentary Secretary to Treasurer, the Hon Chris Pearce MP, wrote the following letter to the Chairman of the ARPC setting out his expectations for the ARPC.

Statement of Intent

In response to the Minister's letter outlining his expectations for the ARPC, the Statement of Intent was issued by the Chairman on 24 July 2007.
